Job summary

Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced engineering technician to provide on-site and remote PSA support for DDG51 Class ships. The role requires frequent travel to waterfront locations and coordination with Navy stakeholders to implement HM&E requirements.

The position supports NAVSEA and NSWCPD, interacts with PMs, and requires U.S. citizenship with a DoD SECRET clearance. Remote work is allowed with EST business-hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience; Associate's with 6 years; or HS diploma with 9 years.
• Experience operating, maintaining, testing and repairing HM&E equipment on U.S. Navy ships.
• Experience in development or testing of HM&E equipment onboard U.S. Navy ships.
• Experience with surface ship systems such as gas turbine propulsion and machinery control.
• Must travel 50–70% of the time (CONUS).
• US Citizenship with an active DoD SECRET clearance

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support PSA activities at waterfronts for newly constructed DDG 51 ships
• Participate in sponsor meetings
• Participate in daily technical status reviews with Navy stakeholders
• Coordinate with ISEAs and hull managers to develop and implement new HM&E requirements
