Distribusion is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to guide a growing eCommerce engineering organization. You will manage and mentor engineers, own architectural decisions, and drive delivery excellence across frontend and backend services.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading front-end or full-stack engineering teams in scaleups or high-growth environments.
Strong background in ReactJS and Python, with cloud technologies experience.
Hands-on technical leader able to guide system design and coding practices.
Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven patterns, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities
