Distribusion Technologies GmbH is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to manage and grow engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, and improve delivery quality across frontend and backend stacks.

You will mentor engineers, plan resources, and uphold best practices in microservices, ReactJS, Python, and cloud platforms while collaborating with product and business partners. English fluency and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

Experienced people leader who has managed frontend or fullstack teams in scaleups or high-growth environments.
Strong experience with ReactJS and Python code review, and cloud technologies.
Hands-on engineer who can guide system design and coding practices.
Deep knowledge of microservice architecture and distributed systems for asynchronous communication.
Coaching, performance management, and senior stakeholder engagement including customer-facing experience.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Manage, lead, and grow Engineering teams (people development, people engagement, hiring, etc.).
Take responsibility for architectural design within the domain.
Increase the quality and stability of services.
Plan team resources according to the quarterly roadmap.
Ensure operational excellence in delivery quality, speed, and communication.
Be responsible for incident management.
