Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of Solar Construction project management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and contractor interactions.

Aufgaben

• Oversees solar project execution, including profit/loss management and coordination with trade contractors.
• Manages change orders, monthly requisitions, and project assets for accurate financial tracking.
• Collaborates with the safety team to develop and maintain a strong safety culture and program.
• Coordinates design deliverables, permits, procurement, off-site production, construction, testing and closeout.
• Prepares and reviews project status reports on schedule, cost, equipment, manpower, materials, safety, environment and quality.
