Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will bridge strategy and delivery, removing bottlenecks and ensuring timely outcomes in a fully remote environment.

You will drive end-to-end program lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional efforts, define technical roadmaps, manage risks, and report to executives.

Qualifications

5+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering leadership roles.
Proven expertise coordinating complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
Strong technical literacy and ability to define and drive technical strategy at scale.
Hands‑on experience with cross‑team coordination and program management frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale programs from planning to deployment.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering units and stakeholders.
Define and refine technical roadmaps aligned with long‑term technology strategy.
Implement and optimize program management frameworks to improve efficiency and velocity.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies affecting timelines or stability.
Communicate program status and strategic decisions to executives and partners.
