BairesDev is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will bridge strategy and delivery, removing bottlenecks and ensuring timely outcomes in a fully remote environment.

You will drive end-to-end program lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional efforts, define technical roadmaps, manage risks, and report to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering leadership roles.
• Proven expertise coordinating complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy and ability to define and drive technical strategy at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with cross‑team coordination and program management frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Engineering Program Manager at BairesDev

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will orchestrate complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
