Qualifications
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record coordinating large technical programs across teams.
- Strong technical literacy with engineering or systems architecture background.
- Hands-on experience defining strategy and program roadmaps at scale.
- Excellent cross-team coordination and stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the delivery of complex technical programs across departments.
- Define and refine program roadmaps with actionable milestones.
- Facilitate high-level discussions to resolve dependencies and boost collaboration.
- Establish program management frameworks to maintain quality at scale.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders with transparent updates on progress and risks.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
