Qualifications

5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
Strong communication skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies.
People management experience including performance planning and team development.

Responsibilities

Support organizational effectiveness by implementing and following strategic technology plans.
Plan and monitor project outcomes; provide coaching and guidance to team members, coordinate procedures and policies.
Maintain effective communication and a productive work environment; develop team relationships and staff retention.
Analyze and optimize billable utilization; support capacity planning and project profitability forecasting.
Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
Support IT strategies by evaluating outcomes, trends and requirements.
Contribute to forecasting and budget oversight to support financial objectives.
Ensure quality service by applying organizational standards.
Contribute to team success by delivering related results as needed.
