Job summary

Horizon3, a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company, seeks a senior leader to head web application discovery and attack surface enumeration for the NodeZero platform. You will guide crawling, SPA handling, and authentication surface discovery across diverse customer deployments.

You will mentor engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and partner with product, security, and customers to ensure reliable, production-safe discovery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading engineering or security teams.
• Experience managing 4–8+ engineers and scaling teams.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and communication.
• Depth in web application security, crawling, and discovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team focused on web application discovery and surface enumeration.
• Set technical direction, standards, and quality for discovery features.
• Partner with product and engineering to drive roadmap and priorities.
• Collaborate with Webapp Pen Testing to ensure coverage and testability.
