KIRA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team building and scaling products used by millions across the region.

The role requires a strong technical leader who guides architecture, delivery and production reliability while driving customer and business outcomes. You’ll work across people, product and technology to set a high engineering bar and ship impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering background with production systems.
Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning delivery.
Deep technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases or cloud infrastructure.
Ability to make sound architecture and trade-offs balancing speed and maintainability.
Proven track record taking products from idea to production.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend and full‑stack.
Own engineering delivery for major product areas, ensuring fast shipping with reliability.
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to translate problems into tech execution.
Drive technical architecture across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure and customer systems.
Set engineering standards around code quality, testing, observability and production reliability.
Mentor engineers, manage performance and raise the team’s execution bar.
Improve processes, tooling and automation to move faster at scale.
Monitor production outcomes, resolve incidents and prevent recurrence.
