You will own SLOs, incident response, capacity planning, and on-call rotations, serving as incident commander for high-severity events. Strong Redis/Sidekiq expertise and proven distributed leadership are essential to deliver

• Experience leading engineering teams delivering high-performance services at scale.
• Strong Redis and Sidekiq infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with SLOs, on-call rotations, and remote teams across time zones.
