Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager - Product in the United States to lead a compact product engineering team in a fully distributed environment. You will guide engineers turning customer needs into valuable product capabilities across cloud spend management, data pipelines, and visualization.

You will partner with Product and Design to align priorities, drive delivery, and shape engineering standards, hiring, and growth in a fast-moving startup context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a compact product engineering team with a high-performing culture.
• Translate customer needs with Product and Design into focused engineering initiatives.
• Balance speed, quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability in tradeoffs.
• Guide ownership of features from concept to testing and launch.
• Establish maintainable standards for design, testing, docs, decisions and processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, mentoring as the organization grows.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product, design and leadership.
• Promote ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
