Job summary

Constructor in the United States is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Offsite Discovery team. Responsibilities include scaling the team, setting measurable goals, and guiding engineers’ growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development experience and proven leadership in high-load systems.

This fully remote position offers a salary between $100k and $130k, unlimited vacation time, and a supportive team culture focused on growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, at least 2 years leading engineering teams.
• Proven record of designing high-load real-time systems in production.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Offsite Discovery team for personalized results.
• Partner with the Product Manager to set quarterly goals.
• Guide engineers’ growth and lead recruitment processes.
• Define and execute the engineering strategy.
• Establish operational health metrics and transparency.
