Job summary

You will balance hands-on technical work with people leadership to deliver reliable software at scale.

You will coach engineers across career stages, drive processes for high-velocity delivery, and partner across stakeholders to align on strategic priorities.

• Experience partnering with product and design.
• Ability to take on ambiguity and turn it into clear direction and priorities.
• Ability to establish and change processes to empower the team.
• Experience iterating with product and design and turning requirements into execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and design to vet direction for the logging product and drive prioritization.
• Manage projects to product and infrastructure roadmaps and drive day-to-day execution.
• Balance work across contributors and foster a healthy team environment.
• Support and hire a team of 10+ engineers and provide feedback and coaching.
• Eliminate barriers to execution and drive high velocity.
• Own the reliability of your production area and ensure uptime and efficient delivery.
