Qualifications
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
- 2+ years as an Engineering Manager.
- Experience with high-load distributed systems.
- Strong backend tech: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, GCP, GitLab.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Proactive, independent worker with strong English communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead large cross-team projects to production.
- Participate in quarterly planning and roadmap.
- Oversee technical debt and incident handling.
- Hire, evaluate, motivate team members.
