RevenueCat is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead RC Capital, a new fintech initiative focused on underwriting, risk monitoring, money movement, and bank integrations. You will guide a distributed team across time zones, balance feature delivery with debt reduction, and coach engineers to grow in their careers.

The role requires 6+ years as a software engineer and 3+ years in team management, with strong cross‑functional collaboration and a customer‑obsessed mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience working cross functionally to build prioritized roadmaps.
• Ability to balance shipping features with tech debt and system improvements.
• Hands-on with code reviews and debugging.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze data.
• Deliver value through shorter iterative development cycles.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers.
• Experience coaching engineers across levels.
• Customer-obsessed mindset focused on outcomes and experience.

Responsibilities
