Job summary

Docplanner, part of the global Docplanner Group, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional teams within our fintech-focused finance domain. You will drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Staff Engineers to shape the area and the company.

You’ll guide delivery with strong SDLC discipline, own the build/run philosophy, and help scale modern architectures while maintaining high-quality standards across initiatives.
