Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to drive activation, engagement, and profitability for Tabby Cash in a fully remote role. You will lead a team of analysts, collaborating with Product, Risk, and Growth to shape growth trajectories for our debit products across geographies.

You will define and monitor key metrics, perform research and A/B testing, and translate insights into strategic actions for senior stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a data/product analyst.
• Experience in leading a team of data analysts of any size.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product analysts to support product and business teams across all work areas.
• Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings clearly.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on research and one-time requests.
• Monitor and improve metrics for Financial Products and develop new decision-making metrics.
• Create data visualizations and reports for business and product teams.
• Assist in planning data structures and data quality improvements.
