Murmuration in the United States is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the Explorer Team from alpha to general availability. You will shape engineering patterns, build a healthy team, and drive delivery at scale.

You will own sprint planning, retrospectives, and the end-to-end lifecycle of Explorer, a data-visualization product for political data, working with product, design, and partners. This role opens to candidates nationwide with a starting salary of $196,105; Murmuration

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience on a high-performing software engineering team.
• Technical depth to review designs and make architecture decisions.
• Experience partnering with product management on roadmap, prioritization, and scoping.
• Demonstrated commitment to building inclusive, high-trust, high-performing teams.
