Qualifications

• Empathy to empower engineers and build an inclusive team.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects end-to-end.
• Deep experience with modern Dev Infra, CI/CD, automation, and pipelines.
• Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS.
• Proven ability to partner with recruiting and close hires.

Responsibilities

• Coach engineers, set expectations, remove obstacles to execution.
• Own the Dev Infra roadmap and manage projects within that roadmap.
• Set priorities with Infrastructure leadership and drive delivery.
• Own reliability and uptime of Developer Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other engineering leaders to scale processes.
• Maintain a healthy team culture with People team support.
