Job summary

Chainlink Labs seeks an Engineering Manager for Data Feeds to lead a critical infrastructure team responsible for scalable, reliable data feed services powering decentralized finance and DeFi protocols.

You will drive architectural decisions, coach senior engineers, and partner with Product leaders to deliver ambitious roadmaps while maintaining high reliability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building and operating production blockchain infrastructure at scale.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and engineering judgment to influence architectural decisions.
• Strong ability to balance delivery, quality, reliability, and long-term health of systems.
• Proven experience planning, prioritizing, and driving engineering work across teams.
• Experience leading, coaching, and growing senior engineers and technical leads.
• Experience building highly available, customer-facing production infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and product teams.
• Experience enabling cross-functional collaboration and roadmapping with Product leadership.

• Translate strategic priorities into executable engineering roadmaps with Product and leadership.

• Improve planning, prioritization, and execution while reducing coordination overhead.
• Maintain and improve the health of customer-facing services and overall reliability.
• Foster collaboration across teams to evolve the product and address complex distributed systems challenges.
