Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking an Engineering Manager for Data Feeds to lead a critical area of the engineering organization. You will guide technical leadership, drive high-quality, reliable infrastructure, and balance delivery with longterm maintainability for decentralized finance data feeds.

You will partner with Product and peers to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, coach senior engineers, and uphold operational excellence across production services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production blockchain infrastructure at scale.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence decisions across teams.
• Proven track record coaching senior engineers and technical leads.
• Ability to translate strategy into engineering roadmaps and execution plans.
• Experience balancing delivery, reliability, and long-term system health.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team delivering reliable, scalable Data Feeds infrastructure.
• Establish clear ownership and high technical quality standards across teams.
• Partner with Product and leadership to translate priorities into roadmaps.
• Provide governance and architectural input for complex distributed systems.
• Coach and develop engineers and technical leads to grow leadership capacity.
• Improve engineering planning, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration.
• Champion operational excellence in production services and system health.
• Foster collaboration across multiple engineering groups to evolve the product.
