Job summary

Chainlink Labs seeks an Engineering Manager for Data Feeds to lead a critical infrastructure team responsible for reliable, scalable production systems powering DeFi applications. You will partner with Product and senior leadership to shape roadmaps, mentor engineers, and uphold high standards of technical quality and operational excellence.

You will guide architectural decisions, manage delivery timelines, and foster collaboration across teams to evolve Chainlink’s flagship Data Feeds

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating production blockchain infrastructure at scale.
• Ability to influence architectural decisions and earn trust of senior engineers.
• Balance delivery, quality, reliability, and long-term health in systems.
• Proven experience leading engineering execution with planning and collaboration.
• Experience leading customer-facing production infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of blockchain or oracle infrastructure and operational best practices.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing experienced software engineers and technical leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering and product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team responsible for delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure for Data Feeds.
• Establish clear engineering ownership to enable predictable execution with high quality.
• Partner with Product to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Provide engineering judgment for architectural and operational decisions balancing delivery and reliability.
• Coach senior engineers and technical leads to expand leadership capacity.
• Improve engineering planning, prioritization, and execution while reducing coordination overhead.
• Champion operational excellence by maintaining reliability of customer-facing services.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to tackle distributed systems challenges and product evolution.
