Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking an Engineering Manager for Data Feeds to lead a critical area of our engineering organization. You will guide technical direction, drive reliability, and oversee a team responsible for scalable distributed systems powering DeFi data feeds.

You will partner with Product and Engineering Leaders to align roadmaps with strategic priorities, while mentoring senior engineers and shaping a culture of excellence and operational rigor. This role is remote with global reach.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building and operating production blockchain infrastructure at scale.
• Strong leadership and the credibility to influence architectural decisions.
• Ability to balance delivery, quality, reliability, and long-term health.
• Proven experience leading engineering execution with planning and collaboration.
• Experience running highly available, customer-facing production systems.
• Understanding of blockchain/oracle infra and backend architecture.
• Experience coaching senior engineers and technical leaders.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.
