This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on engineering experience, and the ability to balance speed with reliability across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production systems.
• Experience leading software engineers and owning delivery.
• Deep architectural skills across backend/frontend/APIs and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend and full stack.
• Own delivery for major product areas with reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to turn problems into execution.
• Set engineering standards for code, design, testing, observability and security.
