Ladders is seeking an Engineering Lead for MB-DMI Interoperability to drive model-based engineering practices in a remote-capable role within the Aerospace & Defense space.

The engineer will define standards, tools, and workflows to strengthen the digital thread from design through operations, partnering with engineering, quality, and external collaborators to enable scalable, model-centric processes across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 12+ years' experience, or advanced degree with 10+ years.
• 7+ years of leadership experience demonstrating results.
• Expertise in model-based definition, GD&T, and digital product specifications.
• Experience with model-based inspection workflows and CMM/CAI tools.
• Proficiency with CAD/PLM systems such as NX and Teamcenter.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of rules and conventions for machine-readable model-based definition.
• Create enterprise standards and tools for model-based inspection initiatives.
• Drive interoperability strategies for seamless collaboration with partners.
• Ensure consistent use of model-based definition across Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
• Support the development of model-based inspection workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital thread.
• Establish robust model-centric processes aligned with enterprise goals.
