Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience demonstrating results and teamwork.
• Experience in MBD, GD&T, PMI, and digital product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create rules, conventions, and digital behaviors for machine-readable MBD.
• Develop enterprise standards and tools for MBD/MBI initiatives.
• Drive interoperability with strategic partners for seamless collaboration.
• Ensure consistent MBD consumption across Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
• Support model-based inspection workflows with CMM/CAI tools and PMI.
• Collaborate to mature Pratt & Whitney's digital thread across functions.
• Enable robust, model-centric processes aligned with enterprise goals.
