Job summary

You will lead the Commercial Systems unit, overseeing three teams designing Go and other services, and collaborate with the Kernel team and other engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Academic track record demonstrated in high school and university.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or compelling alternative path.
• Proven ability to drive multiple teams of software engineers to deliver results.
• Experience with Golang, Python, Java, or distributed integrations.
• Professional English communication with strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for events.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams and develop their managers.
• Evolve engineering practices and processes within teams.
• Set and implement performance management with goals for reports and teams.
• Identify team health metrics and take action to improve.
