Canonical is seeking an Engineering Director to oversee Business Systems, Data Lake, and Integrations teams. You will drive ownership of internal systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and data mesh initiatives, ensuring high engineering standards and governance across the organization.

You will mentor engineering managers, collaborate with stakeholders, and help scale teams through strategic hires while maintaining Canonical culture and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive multiple teams of software engineers to deliver results.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, Python, data governance, or distributed integrations.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
