Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead and delivery robust software solutions in a remote US-based role. You will blend hands-on engineering leadership with delivery management across Agile teams, driving technical excellence, quality, and measurable outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, promote SAFe and DevOps practices, own release performance, build dashboards, and ensure alignment with product leadership for delivery-ready scopes and clear priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing two or more Scrum teams in an Agile environment.
• Must reside in the US and be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US.
• Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and/or data engineers.
• Foster a collaborative engineering culture and support career progression.
• Own release delivery performance and quality accountability across multiple teams.
• Align with product and technical leadership to ensure scope is delivery-ready and priorities are clear.
• Monitor execution against PI commitments and report on delivery cadence and quality.
• Coordinate readiness for releases, including cutover planning and pre-launch quality checks.
