Job summary

ICF is seeking a DevSecOps Lead for our Digital Modernization Division. This remote role provides technical leadership for platform engineering, DevSecOps, and SRE, focusing on cloud-native platforms, OpenShift, containerized apps, and COTS technologies.

You will oversee CI/CD, IaC with Terraform, security controls, incident response, and release governance across enterprise-scale environments. Strong collaboration with architects, RMF/ATO and Agile teams is essential to deliver secure,

Qualifications

Leadership experience leading DevSecOps, platform engineering, cloud operations or SRE teams.
Strong understanding of IaC, Terraform, and automated platform deployment patterns.
Experience with enterprise cloud platforms and security governance.

Responsibilities

Lead platform engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, infrastructure provisioning and platform operations.
Oversee secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platform environments.
Direct CI/CD design, automation, release management and IaC implementations.
Ensure changes align with architecture, security, compliance and ops standards.
Coordinate teams to deliver repeatable, auditable infrastructure solutions.
Monitor health and performance using SRE best practices.
Lead incident response, RCA, problem mgmt, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with security, architecture and delivery leadership for release readiness.
