Job summary

ICF's Digital Modernization Division seeks a Technical Product Manager (Release Train Engineer) to connect roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans across Agile teams supporting a large federal program. This role is remote with strong DC-area preference; occasional on-site meetings in Washington, DC may occur.

Candidates should have 6+ years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, ability to work in the U.S., and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work performed in the U.S.
Three years of U.S. residency out of the last five years.
Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum six years of relevant experience aligned to the role responsibilities.
Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain the operating system that connects roadmap, backlog, and delivery plans.
Ensure teams follow backlog standards, readiness criteria, and planning calendars.
Collaborate with Agile Delivery Managers, Domain PMs, and Program Manager to surface risks and delivery status.
Apply product operations, planning, dependency management, dashboards, and release planning to support delivery.
Coordinate with product, engineering, security, governance, quality, and customer stakeholders as required.
Document work products, decisions, risks, and delivery evidence for traceability.
