Job summary

Chooose is seeking an Engagement Manager to partner with enterprise aviation and energy customers, enabling them to build and operate their SAF programs. You will own day-to-day relationships with our largest customers in your assigned region, supporting them from implementation to go-live and beyond.

This remote role is based in the United States, with travel as needed. You will collaborate with the Customer organization and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments, gather

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; hard sciences preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in management consulting, SaaS implementation, or enterprise PM.
• Experience in enterprise software related to carbon markets, fuel markets, or carbon accounting is a plus.
• Strong technical problem-solving with configurable SaaS solutions; API integrations a plus.
• Excellent communication; travel flexibility; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key enterprise customers across aviation, energy, and logistics.
• Become the expert on the customer SAF program and leverage the platform to meet objectives.
• Build high-trust relationships with stakeholders from sustainability to procurement.
• Drive customer success, gather and deliver structured product feedback.
• Oversee complex software deployments with support from implementation teams.
• Collaborate across teams to execute objectives on time and with quality.
• Stay informed on carbon market trends affecting customers and sectors.
