Virtual Peaker is seeking a Client Success Manager to help solve the climate crisis by supporting our mission and customers on our cutting-edge software platform. You will act as the frontline liaison for users, manage relationships, and ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years across consulting, customer service, or account management, with a strong understanding of utilities, clean energy, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years in consulting, customer service, account management, or related fields.
• Understanding of utilities, clean energy, and grid modernization.
• Experience with web-based CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot).
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and collaboration tools.
• Collaborative and growth-minded mindset; quick learner.
• Strong ownership and impact orientation.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• Remote work experience and willingness to travel for conferences and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, manage, and expand client relationships through personalized communications.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Marketing and internal teams to set expectations and execute projects.
• Lead meetings, set agendas, present material, and align client requests with company needs.
• Document activities and codify decision points and milestones using tools.
• Follow processes to track, manage, and respond to client inquiries and product feedback.
• Prioritize client inquiries with clear communication using established frameworks.
• Identify growth opportunities for revenue or expanded scope and support upsell efforts.
• Develop strategies to meet company goals related to client management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to success.
