Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced consulting managers from top firms to help train our latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. Fully remote and flexible, this role suits experts who can work 5-20 hours weekly on a schedule of their choosing.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and decks across core workflows—storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and data-driven exhibits—for client-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
