Job summary

Ethos is seeking engagement managers with 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Ideal candidates will own client-ready strategy decks and executive steering materials, and excel in problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy with ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive materials.
• Fluency with structured problem-solving frameworks, operating model redesign, and sensitivity-tested business case models in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop client-ready strategy decks and executive steering committee materials for engagements.
• Spearhead implementation roadmaps and change management playbooks for AI-assisted projects.
