Ethos is seeking experienced consulting managers from top strategy firms to help train our latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We offer a fully remote role with a flexible schedule of 5–20 hours per week and immediate start. The role requires leadership experience at an MBB or equivalent, deep expertise in producing client-ready decks, and exceptional PowerPoint skills for high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with team leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in structuring and quality-controlling client deliverables.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Oversee deck architecture, storyline reviews, and executive-level synthesis.
• Produce partner-ready deliverables and ensure quality control across team output.
