Job summary
ServiceNow seeks an experienced customer-facing technical consultant to drive successful delivery of the Pyramid platform. You will become a platform expert and advise clients on best practices to maximise ROI, helping enterprises unlock value from BI, analytics, and data science initiatives.
In this role you will assist clients with cloud or on-premise BI solutions, collaborate with Customer Success managers to drive expansion, and bring strong SQL and Python skills to integrate Pyramid with

- Experience in customer-facing delivery, consulting, or professional services.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI) and data technologies (SQL, Python).
