SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a fully remote Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead a project from LNTP through closeout. You will coordinate across engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement, ensuring cost control and timely reporting while guiding a high‑performing, remote team.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage long lead items, and represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings. Strong leadership and finance acumen are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of Energy Storage Construction Experience.
• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
• Thorough understanding of plans and specifications
• Field experience (5-8 years, Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent)
• Leadership ability to pull together remote team members into a high-performing project team
• Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite and Bluebeam Revu
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting
• Organizational and communication skills; strong people skills
• Detail-oriented, motivated self-starter
• Able to travel (estimated 25%)
• 5+ years construction experience
• 2+ years scheduling and estimating experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead Preconstruction Project Management for LNTP phase.
• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements.
• Prepare bid packages and evaluate bids.
• Set up and maintain CMiC system.
• Collaborate with departments to define contract scopes of work.
• Understand design constraints and lead procurement for long lead items.
• Define and create LNTPs and track changes impacting schedule/budget.
• Represent SOLV Energy in owner meetings.
• Support estimating reconciliation for design iterations.
• Maintain timely reporting: cost forecasting and EAC.
• Manage procurement activities and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build partnerships with Owner, Engineers, Vendors and Subcontractors.
