Job summary

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services for the power industry, and the Preconstruction Project Engineer- Energy Storage will support the preconstruction team, coordinate and manage project deliverables to drive profitability and schedule goals.

This fully remote role works closely with the project engineering team to finalize design deliverables, track design comments and manage BOMs, while ensuring proper project documentation management and timely RFI handling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in energy storage construction or design.
• Internships in construction are a plus.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Precon PM and engineering teams.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Support subcontractor coordination, safety planning, and engineering functions.
• Assist transition from preconstruction to construction with LNTPs and readiness.
• Provide general project engineering support and meeting coordination.
