Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Preconstruction Project Engineer- Energy Storage to support the preconstruction team, coordinating deliverables to optimize profitability and schedule adherence. The role works with the engineering group on design deliverables, comments, RFIs, BOMs, and document control.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Energy Storage construction or design-related experience.
• Construction internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Fundamental cost accounting and scheduling basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Precon PM and engineering teams to manage deliverables.
• Maintain project docs, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Support subcontractor coordination, safety planning and project engineering tasks.
