SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager to lead front-end development of utility-scale storage projects from RFP to preconstruction.

You will coordinate with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to ensure viable, well‑priced proposals and a clean hand‑off to Preconstruction. The role combines project management with hands-on estimating and scheduling in a primarily remote setting, with optional office work and up to 25% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction throughout the front-end development process.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and meeting notes, and track action items across the team.
• Review client RFP documents, including preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, milestone schedules, and permitting requirements.
• Perform initial review of client EPC contracts and associated technical exhibits, including scope of work documents, technical specifications, and division of responsibility exhibits.
• Coordinate with Estimating to ensure pricing reflects current project scope, engineering input, and contract requirements.
