Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead high-risk, complex energy sector projects across multiple sites and remote offices. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client reporting, coordinating resources and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Construction Management and 5+ years of experience; PMP is desirable. Excellent communication and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Construction Management is required.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience; 8 years preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail for quality control of projects.
• Experience with software tools including Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Project Controls, and Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large project teams in delivering complex energy sector projects.
• Coordinate resources across multiple sites and remote offices.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and reporting to client and TRC management.
• Direct activities of a Project Coordinator or Associate PM.
• Develop proposals and ensure timely, on-budget execution.
• Ensure change orders and billing align with project contracts.
