• Strong ability to meet goals, manage multiple tasks, and deliver projects on time.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office; knowledge of building performance or Title 24 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate energy efficiency projects from scope design to closeout.
• Manage large payments to contractors and property owners.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare professional reports.
• Lead meetings with contractors and internal teams; track progress.
• Provide customer support on program requirements and status updates.
