Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects across multiple sites and remote offices. The role focuses on ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, coordinating resources, and delivering client-ready results with clear reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years’ experience in project management, strong communication, and expertise in project controls and construction management, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Construction Management from an accredited school or University is required.
• 8-15 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Experience with Project Management, Project Controls, and Construction Management.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

Responsibilities

• Lead large project teams in successful execution of large projects of significant complexity, risk and breadth.
• Direct the project related activities of staff across multiple sites and remote offices.
• Develop and manage project proposals including scope, estimation and on-time delivery.
• Manage project budget, schedule, change orders, and cash flows.
• Ensure effective client communication and reporting.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and compliance across projects.
