TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support our energy and environmental projects in the United States. You will facilitate project phases, coordinate with contractors, manage CRM data, and deliver professional reports to clients and management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. Travel within California and to local offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in energy or sustainability sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to meet client/project goals and deliver on time.
• Experience with CRM systems and project reporting.
• Technical knowledge of building systems and energy distribution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate successful completion of energy efficiency projects through multiple stages from beginning to end.
• Distribute large‑scale payments for multifamily properties and contractors.
• Maintain program requirements and provide customer support on various items.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with contractors and energy advisors.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain project data with high accuracy.
• Draft and deliver professional reports to program management and customers.
