Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking an experienced Manager, Client Development & Engagement to support the Firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Practice. You will lead strategic client development initiatives, create tailored pitches, and coordinate cross-office efforts with partners and practice teams.

The role requires exceptional project management, written and verbal communication, and the ability to work across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure or professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client development initiatives for the Energy and Infrastructure Practice.
• Develop tailored pitches, proposals, RFPs, credentials presentations and client materials.
• Coordinate input from Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality work products.
• Support market analysis, competitive intelligence and client research to inform initiatives.
• Manage and develop junior team members and oversee project execution.
