You will partner with Staffing Partners, Legal Talent teams, and practice management to monitor utilization, manage onboarding, and drive performance reviews and development initiatives across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in law firm staffing or similar.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to handle confidential info.

• Staffing: monitor utilization, staff assignments, and resource allocation.
• Onboarding and integration: coordinate onboarding for new hires and lateral moves.
• Engagement: conduct regular check-ins, mentoring, and support professional development.
• Legal Talent support: participate in performance reviews and talent management activities.
• Data and reporting: maintain staffing databases and generate utilization reports.
