Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced experience considered.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or staffing.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to interact with all levels; collaborative approach to working with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Staffing coordination with staffing partners and Professional Development Managers to monitor utilization.
• Onboarding and welcome activities for new associates, counsel, and lateral hires.
• Mentoring/advisor programs; pair associates/counsel with mentors and track engagement.
• Support performance reviews and contribute to talent reviews and related analyses.
• Coordinate cross-office staffing, secondments, and other staffing initiatives; maintain staffing databases and reports.
