CLEAResult is seeking a Program Consultant to join our program delivery team responsible for designing and implementing equitable residential energy-efficiency programs in Oregon. You will build trusted partnerships with utilities, non-profits, and communities while coordinating meetings and guiding implementation for a growing program.

The role emphasizes strong writing, project management, and customer-service skills, with remote work from Oregon and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years combined work experience in nonprofit, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, weatherization programs and/or project management.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Asana a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, though not required for this role.
• Strong writing, reporting & presentation abilities.
• Customer service oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate client, utility, and internal team meetings.
• Contribute to program and project delivery with external stakeholders including non-profits, utilities, and government agencies.
• Manage programs to level-up internal capacity for culturally-relevant services.
• Maintain ongoing communications with client, internal contributors, external collaborators, and customers; obtain feedback on participation.
• Provide oversight and guidance for implementation teams to ensure delivery as designed and effective.
• Prepare, analyze and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy and eligibility; integrate strategic recommendations.
• Communicate complex ideas through brief, clear materials.
